The custom design process can be broken down into the following 6 steps.

Book Consult
Choose the consultation method that suits you best! We’re flexible, offering consultations by phone, video (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams), your preferred messaging app (SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messaging), or in person at our Rose Bay, NSW studio. In this consultation, we’ll discuss your ideas, preferences, and vision for the piece. Our goal is to make this first step as convenient and comfortable for you as possible.
Step 2
Design Exploration
Whether you have a clear vision or aren’t sure where to start, our design exploration process is here to help. We’ll work with you to uncover your preferences, style, and expectations, translating them into a detailed design brief. This step is all about bringing your vision to life. With our expertise, we make it easy to articulate ideas, guiding you through options, inspirations, and possibilities until we’re both aligned on what the final piece should be.
Step 3
Workshop Input
Once we have your design brief, our jewellers bring it to life in the workshop. They’ll use their expertise to refine your design, optimising for beauty, functionality, and cost—all while keeping your unique style and requirements in mind. Our jewellers provide valuable insights to ensure every element looks and feels as special as it should. To help you visualise your piece, we’ll also provide an initial aid, like sketches or digital renderings, giving you a clear idea of the design before production.
Step 4
Approve Design
We want you to feel completely confident in your custom piece, so we use the latest technology to present a clear vision of your design. For example, we may create a 3D-printed resin model, allowing you to see, hold, and even try on a replica before final production. Our aim is to align expectations perfectly, eliminating any surprises. We encourage you to share any questions or adjustments at this stage, ensuring everything feels just right. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll go over the terms and provide a detailed quote. With everything clear and approved, we’ll be ready to move to the next exciting step.
Step 5
Manufacturing
With your design approved, we begin the production process. Your piece will be crafted from the highest-quality materials sourced from ethical producers who uphold the best standards.
