Orders
In any event we only ship once we have received cleared funds into our bank account. Ready-made stock will ship the same day we receive cleared funds . Bespoke orders take between 2-6 weeks to produce and will ship once in hand. Shipping time depends on the carrier. Go here to see our shipping policy.
In some cases we may be able to fast track an order. Fast tracking may save a couple of days to a couple of weeks and is dependent on what your order consists of. There may be additional charges to fast track an order. Reach out to us to enquire: hello@jewelco.com.au.
If items are ready-made and in stock we can facilitate same day delivery for collections in Sydney, Australia, on certain days of the week. Please reach out by email on hello@jewelco.com.au.
Orders can be collected with notice in advance. Our collection location is in Sydney Australia and an address will be provided when arrangements are made for collection.

ALL orders require signature on delivery.
Couriers and Australia Post are unpredictable. If you are not at home to accept your delivery they are supposed to leave a card to notify you as much and they are supposed to take the parcel back to the depot/post office and either attempt to deliver on the next business day, or wait for you to collect from the post office, in the specified time frame. If that proves unsuccessful they should then return the parcel to the sender, us. However, we are aware of situations where different outcomes occur and parcels get lost. Please note we do not accept responsibility for occasions where you are not at the specified location to sign for the parcel and as a result the parcel is missing.
Payments
Bank transfer, VISA, Mastercard
As we are only new and just launching we do not yet offer Zip and Afterpay. This may be something we look into in the future.
Shipping
We use one of the following methods to ship your order: Australia Post, Startrack Couriers and DHL couriers.
We ship overseas, once cleared funds are received into our bank account in Australian Dollars.
Yes, once your order dispatches you will be provided with tracking details.
We prefer to use methods that mandate signature on delivery. Sending to PO Boxes depends on the courier method used to convey your order. In most cases we prefer not to ship to a PO Box. Exceptions may be made. Please reach out to us on hello@jewelco.com.au to enquire.
There are certain countries we are unable to ship to. Please enquire by emailing hello@jewelco.com.au
All orders in Australia will include a charge for GST. Other countries have their own Taxes and Duties. Unfortunately we can not provide advice on Taxes and Duties in other countries. Please contact a shipping or customs agent in your country.
Yes, we insure your order up to the point you sign for and receive it.
Materials
Our jewellery is made in several locations around the world. It is made by reputable manufacturers that follow best practice principles and do NOT employ child labour, fund wars or terrorism and adhere to AML laws and best practice principals.
Most of the world's diamonds are cut and polished in India. Most of the primary manufacturers, cutters and polishers of diamonds are in Antwerp, India, Israel, South Africa, Botswana and the USA. We only buy diamonds that are Kimberely Process compliant, and are NOT blood diamonds. ALL our diamonds come from manufacturers that follow best practice principles and do NOT employ child labour, fund wars or terrorism and adhere to AML laws and best practice principals.
Absolutely! We have no interest in hurting anyone or anything. We do not wish to fund terrorism, pain or suffering. We will not source from any company that uses child labour or participates in any unethical or illicit dealings. We will also not work with companies that source from countries involved in hostile wars or in the funding of wars and terrorism.
We quality control all orders. If a piece we supplied is faulty due to a manufacturing problem we will repair or replace or refund the item at our discretion. Unfortunately we can not repair/replace/refund items damaged post receipt, for example bent or damaged rings, snapped chains or bracelets. We can however work with you and arrange repairs at your cost.

Jewellery can sometimes tarnish due to various factors, including skin acidity levels and wear, perfumes, cosmetics, or moisturisers can cause tarnishing, as can storage conditions, and excessive humidity.
We suggest you are careful about your pieces' exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, or moisturisers. Assess your pieces' storage conditions, proper storage matters. Exposure to air, humidity, and light can accelerate tarnishing. Storing pieces in airtight containers or using an anti-tarnish pouch may help maintain a piece’s shine. Also, avoid storing your piece in an environment where there is high humidity and avoid prolonged exposure to damp environments.

Unfortunately we do not work with ‘old gold’ or other metals, and cannot repurpose your metal. Metals may be alloyed in different ways. We prefer not to work with unknown materials in order to avoid unpleasant surprises that may occur. We can refer you to reputable businesses that purchase old gold.
We prefer not to work with stones we have not supplied. That said, we may choose to create a piece for you using your heirloom stone(s). Please enquire by email using hello@jewelco.com.au.
