Shipping policy

Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders within Australia.

 

Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 

Shipping Methods and Processing Times

We use the following shipping methods for domestic orders within Australia:

  • Australia Post
    Typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination. We usually use Australia Post for orders up to AUD $200 in value.
  • Startrack Couriers
    Typically delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination. We usually use Startrack Couriers for orders over AUD $200 in value.

For overseas orders: shipping will only occur after we have received cleared funds. Overseas shipments are sent using DHL or Fedex. Delivery times vary due to many factors including destination, parcel size and weight and value.

In any event all orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

Signature Required

Due to the nature of our product our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will most likely be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID, however once we hand parcels to couriers/shippers/Australia Post we no longer have control over those parcel and cannot accurately predict what will happen if you are not present to sign for a parcel. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where you or someone responsible will be present to sign for your parcel.

If you won't be present to accept/receive your order, but someone else will be, we will work with you to accommodate and make arrangements for the parcel to be received by your nominated alternative person..

 

Accuracy of Details Provided

Please ensure accuracy of the details provided at checkout as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers and couriers are trusted services, and as such we will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges vary based on the shipping value, method, order weight, destination, and any applicable promotions or discounts. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the completion of your order.

 

Same Day Delivery

At this time we do not offer same day delivery. This may be something we will introduce in the future. Notwithstanding, we may consider assisting with a same day delivery if the items ordered are in stock at the time of order and if same day delivery is possible and practical. Contact our customer service team to enquire. Charges may apply.

 

Order Processing Time

The website indicates availability on a per product basis. Some items are made to order, some are available ex-stock. Please use the availability time-frames on the website as a guideline when framing your expectations. Timeframes may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Where product is available ex-stock, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

For made-to-order items, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date we receive the items ordered, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that order processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and whereabouts of your order during transit.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Whilst we do offer international shipping at this time we will only ship once unhindered cleared funds have been received in our bank account.

 

Delivery Issues

In the event of any delivery issues, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

 

Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address for your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Holidays and Unforeseen Events/Issues

Please be aware that shipping carriers may observe holidays, be subject to unforeseen events and issues or acts of nature which could affect the delivery schedule of your order. Where we are made aware of any issues/events/problems we will do our best to provide notifications regarding any anticipated delays.

 

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please take photos of the parcel before, during and after opening the parcel. If items inside the parcel are affected or damaged contact us immediately and send our customer service team the images. We will work with you and do our best to resolve any issues.

 

Repairs Shipping

Our items pass through several quality control processes. However, should an item require repair due to a manufacturing defect please contact our customer service team to make arrangements to get the item back to us for assessment. If your item is deemed as a manufacturing fault, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. We reserve the right to recover all shipping costs if your piece is not deemed to be a fault. Wear and tear is not covered under this policy. Repairs due to wear and tear will be at your expense.
